First Stage

This is a rendered image embedded into aerial drone shots at Buenavista, Buenos Aires. An ongoing project we are still working on to finalize details and design of the building's facade and interior.

These are two pedestrian views of the same project, embedded in real images of the site. These rendered images help the architects and developers truly understand the spaces, design and implantation of the building and it's surroundings.

Our Process in 4 steps:

FIRST INTERACTION

First contact with Architech visuals. We receive your quote followed by the floor plans, CAD files, Sketch Up files and any other references you can provide in order to guide our renderists. With these files we will get back to you with a formal contract that includes an estimated cost depending on the service you require.

FIRST MEETING

We will have our first online meeting in order to get a closer look at the details of the design. Furniture, kitchenware, materials and other aspects of the design that define the space will be discussed and settled. A time frame will be arranged.

BACK AND FORTH

We will produce and provide a series of rendered images basing our projections on what was spoken before. These images will be delivered to you as a first approach of the end product. We will then accept and encourage any comments to modify them and get closer to the final product.

END PRODUCT

Gathering all the information and using the comments provided, we will adjust details and produce final rendered images of your project! We will be open to any further changes or extra images you would like to generate!
